We’ve moved to a new booking system. This Autumn we’ll be introducing Memberships, a shop so you can buy your own WARMTH tote bags and sauna hats, and a new regular herbal sauna session… watch this space!
We will be emailing everyone with current bookings, outstanding vouchers or pass credits, so don’t worry, your purchases will all still be valid. All existing bookings and passes have been transferred straight into the new platform. Anyone who purchased a voucher that is still within date will receive a new code to redeem on the new platform in the next few days.

You will have use of the sauna and cold plunge facilities for the full duration of your session. We offer a short Aufguss (scented steam) experience halfway through the session. We have communal birch branches and sauna hats for you to use (or buy your own!). Water and mugs are always available.

Standard
This is our standard 60 minute sauna session.
SLOW Sauna
Indulge in a longer session, with double Aufguss steam offered during the session using two different scents.
Silent sauna
For those who prefer a more reflective, quiet sauna. All participants in this session will respect the quietness inside the sauna space, and save any conversation for the changing and seating areas.
menopause social sauna
WARMTH has a twice-monthly menopause social sauna session. This session welcomes anyone who has been or is going through menopause or is peri-menopausal.
It is a space for people to connect with their bodies and share with others with similar lived experience. The sauna space can be very beneficial to alleviate some of the symptoms of meno/perimenopause and we hope this can become a place of rest and connection.
queer sauna
We offer a weekly queer sauna session for the queer community of South Yorkshire and beyond. As a team with queer and non binary members it feels great to be able to make this offering. The sauna yard is such a wonderful social space and we invite everyone to make it their own.
This session is set aside for people who identify as LGBTQ+. If you do not identify as LGBTQ+ please book into one of our other public sessions.
trans + non binary sauna
We offer a trans & non binary sauna session solely for the trans, non binary and gender non-conforming community. Private changing space is available, as well as our communal changing cabin.
