From Tuesday 3rd March 2026 we have expanded our range of sessions:
Standard Session: £12 for 60 minutes
SLOW Sauna session: £18 for 90 minutes - longer to relax, two different Aufguss scents offered
Silent Sessions: for those that want a more reflective sauna. £12 for 60 minutes
Queer Session: This session is set aside for people who identify as LGBTQ+. £12 for 60 minutes
Trans+ and Non Binary session: For anyone who identifies as trans+ or nonbinary. £12 for 60 minutes
Menopause Social: Twice a month 60min menopause sauna session, for anyone who has been or is going through menopause or is perimenopausal. £12 for 60 minutes.
Babes in Arms: Twice a month, this session is for new parents/guardians to come and have some time to relax whilst taking turns watching the little ones. Pre crawlers only. £12 for 60 minutes. NB: all adults on site need to book a ticket
Private Sessions: The sauna capacity is 6. You are welcome to book as many slots as you like within one session to have a private / semi-private experience (e.g. 1 person might want to book all 6 spaces to have a solo sauna experience, or a group of 3 friends might book 6 slots to have the sauna to themselves)

Feel free to arrive up to 15 minutes before your booked slot to get changed + make the most of your time in the sauna.
Please bring:
- swimwear
- a towel to sit on in the sauna
- a second towel to dry off afterwards
If you need to reschedule, you can rebook your session through BookWhen using your booking code, up to 24 hours before your booked slot. We are currently unable to offer refunds.
